When I first heard of life coaching many years ago, I was skeptical. I was on holiday in Noosa, Queensland and enjoying a day spa treatment while I was 8 months pregnant with my first baby. During my treatment, the practitioner mentioned coaching. "What is this coaching BS?" I thought while I politely listened. Not convinced, I thought, "Why would anyone need a life coach? Seriously?"
On that very holiday I bought a book called "Excuse me, your life is waiting for you!" Funny how the universe sends you messages.
Nowadays I know better and the question is "Why wouldn't you get coached?"
Personal Coaching is a comprehensive process that helps you identify areas of your life you'd like to address and make changes so that you create the life you want. It helps take you from where you are, to where you want to be.
The main difference working with me compared to other coaching programs is the fundamental principle that loving yourself and radical self-care is part of the solution, regardless of the part of your life you want to change.
You'll explore the patterns that are repeating in your life and keep you stuck recreating the same experiences such as attracting the same types of relationships, having the same argument with your children or finding yourself working in a job you hate.
You will gain more balance in your mind, body, emotions and spirit. You will also develop a deeper connection with your inner wisdom and apply this wisdom to your life to help you achieve your goals.
Taking small strategic steps, over time leads to lasting positive change and personal growth.
