What to Expect from a Holistic Pulsing Session

Two years ago whilst holidaying in South West Rocks I had the good fortune to experience Holistic Pulsing. Here's a little bit of what you can expect from a Holistic Pulsing session.
 
Your first Holistic Pulsing session will begin with me briefly asking about your medical, physical and emotional history.  I will also ask how you are feeling before the session and what you’d like to get from the session.
 
Feel free to ask me about any aspect of Holistic Pulsing.
 
You will be asked to lie on a massage table. You can choose to begin lying on your back or stomach. I will then apply a series of rocking motions, stretches and massage techniques to various parts of your body. 
  
It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing during a session. Undressing is not required.
 
I will ask you to change positions during your session from lying on your stomach to lying on your back, and we may end the session with you lying on your side.
 
During the session you simply lie down and become aware of what happens in your body when it is being pulsed. Although chatting is not encouraged, you are welcome to talk about what is happening in your body, anything you’d like to share about your experience or ask any questions. This is your session where you can be emerged in your pulsing experience. As your practitioner my intention is to be fully present and focussed on your session.
 
The length of a session may vary, however a typical session is 60 minutes.  For those with limited time, even a short 15 or 30 minute session can be effective and leave you with feelings of deep relaxation and wellbeing. For those who would like longer sessions, a 90 minute session can be arranged.
