- a deeply centring mindfulness practise to balance emotions and logic
- a meditation to receive inner wisdom about a decision you need to make
- simple relaxation techniques you can do anywhere
- two energy medicine techniques to immediately reduce stress
- strategies for increasing self-love and self-care and reducing stress
During this one on one session, we’ll address the areas of your life that are causing you stress and learn the best ways to manage stressful situations.
You will leave this session with increased feelings of peace, wellbeing and better placed to cope with the demands of a busy life.
