2 Month Coaching Package - Reduce Stress and Create a more Balanced and Joyful Life
This coaching program will help you develop an increased awareness of your thoughts and behaviours, how to regulate your emotions, more deeply understanding your psychology and tap into your inner strength, so that you can better deal with the stressors in your life.
Before your first session you will be given a Life Overview Assessment. The results will give an indication of your stress levels in specific areas of your life.
You will be guided through a variety of assessments and skill building processes, as you progress through this life transforming coaching program.
This program includes 4 x 60 minute, one on one sessions via zoom, telephone or in-person. Telephone calls (15 minutes) or emails to support you between sessions. And a workbook in PDF format to download.
